Technical Recruiter

As a result of our continued success, PSI Group is growing and looking for focused and results oriented Technical Recruiters to join our Cincinnati and Cleveland teams.

Responsibilities:

Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates that meet client requirements.

Follow a proactive recruiting model to build a candidate database or pipeline.

Prospect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates.

Conduct initial screening interview and reference checks, negotiate salary and relocation, coordinate client interviews, and work with the salesperson to fulfill client hiring needs.

Experience/Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Prior experience in sales or customer service is desired

Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills are required
