If you’re interested in hiring top-quality IT or Creative talent but think it’s wise to evaluate their performance on the job, consider Contract-to-Hire services. Here again, we handle everything up to and including your new employee’s transition into your company. Or, if you choose not to hire, outplacement.

Direct Hire

When it’s time to hire, don’t limit your search to job hunters. The ideal talent is often gainfully employed, interested in moving, but not actively seeking a job change. Our Active Recruiters know them, because they keep in touch with a wide network of IT and Creative professionals. Our Direct Hire fees typically involve a percentage of salary with a guarantee provision.

Payroll Services

If you’re not set up to manage human resource functions—payroll generation and distribution, payroll tax withholding, state and federal reporting requirements, and employer-related insurance and administration—we can cover it all based on the employee’s contracted hourly rate.
